Mind Pausing Experience

We loved the spa very much. The music all day was amazing. The beach is incredible. Menu in the breakfast was exceptional. The dinner menu was over priced if compared to the food quality. I am only saying this not to criticize or complain but to give you constructive feedback so you can achieve your exceptional targets. I would have loved to visit Hakim and Nasser suites. I suggest you keep it open all year for touristic visitors. Finally, can you add a note next to Soad Hosney's dresses to mention that these are her actual clothes. I knew by coincidence only. Wish you all the best :) and thank you :)

Highly recommended

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The cleanness, room views, and the beach.. Bicycles are available for rent and the swimming pool was nice as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mohamed Reda who took care of my room's cleanness did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast options could have more healthy, vegan, and Gluten-free options. I didn't enjoy the belly dancer at the dinner as it wasn't a good time to celebrate given what's going on in Pal.estine!

I always like staying there.

I always like staying there. Clean property, amazing location, beautiful view.

Food wasn’t good at all, cold and not tasty. Lost hot water the morning of our stay, the room wasn’t as comfortable as we are used to from Alamein hotel.

The staff are very friendly, the Guest Relations Team: Krisha, Dareen & Madiha, Ahmed Attallah at the reception, Reservation Nada, Butler Supervisor Gendy, Abanoub from Stage 2 and Samir the bell captain. The facilities, food quality and room cleanliness are excellent. Highly recommend hotel!

North Coast secrets

Spacious, beautifully decorated, clean throughout. Amazing room with stunning views over an incredible beach. Staff who attended to every little wish, nothing was ever too much for them, I dont think I ever had such a good personal service in all my travel days or stayed in such a good quality hotel. Perfect in every way. Food is some of the very best I have had in Egypt, compliments to their team of chefs. Ayman set us up a stunning special table for dinner overlooking the sea on both nights, several other staff continually checking our needs without being overbearing. Al Alamein, you are a truly special place, I am already looking at dates where I can come back as soon as possible!

Al Alamein hotel is located in Sidi Abdel Rahman bay on the North Coast of Egypt and in my opinion this is the best beach in the world. White sandy beach, turquoise water, warm (we were swimming in November) and calm sea. The reception is a piece of art showing black & white pictures of the golden era of Egyptian cinema actors and actresses. In addition to the nostalgic experience, I was fascinated by the attention to details… the whole setup is to boost your vacation mood: the fresh smell, accessories and pictures hanged on the walls, the staff friendliness, etc… As November is considered a low season for the North Coast (Alamein) so the hotel was at 25% occupancy and we were immediately upgraded to a suite with beach access and a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean turquoise water blended with the white-gold sandy beach. Rooms: 10/10 the suite has everything you need to be pampered… I loved the smell of L’Occitan amenities Location:10/10 probably this is the best beach in the world Internet: come on…are you planning to waste your time checking your mails???? That said, internet is free and fast Breakfast: 9/10 generous and delicious variety of oriental and continental breakfast Service: 9/10 the staff just want to make you happy and they are doing it in an amicably way Value: 8/10 although being in the off-season but still the rooms were expensive. During summer, it is almost impossible to find vacancy.. you have to book a few months ahead P.S I strongly recommend to have a massage by the Balinese masseuses… it is one of the best I have ever had

Great beach , super sea. Very friendly staff. All hotel facilities excellent. Breakfast superb.

In off season very limited choice of foods from the menu. Surprisingly the room service menu offers more selection. What is the message to the hotel guest? Stay in your room , don't come to the restaurant?

The setting is wonderful, perfect water and sand. Comfort, luxury,Great service. Will go back soon!

The location of the hotel is just stunning. Check in and out is easy. Beach is super clean, plenty of chairs and towels, the icebox with fresh mint towels and cold water is a superb touch. Room is very comfortable, super clean. Staffs are very nice and wants to make you happy. Decor of the hotel is modern and well kept.

The buffet breakfast and diner is ok, nothing fantastic, it does the job but for this type of hotel, it should be more then ok.. I would move the water sports equipment at the end of the beach, it is really an eyesore that it is right in the middle of this pristine beach and only a few are using it. My ultimate negative point is the markup for the alcohol, 4-5 times the price that you would pay at the local store is a bit ridiculous. Sakara beer is sold at 30egp in store and 200egp at the hotel, The same with the French/Egyptian bottle of wine " Chateau de Granville" sold at the store is 330EGP but the hotel sells it at 1300EGP !! We all expect to have a markup of 2 times the price but, their price is non sense. This should be revised.

An exceptional pleasant stay ....wonderful vacation . It is value for money .

The location is excellent and the beach is incredible but more important is the staff . They are well trained , customer oriented , highly professional and well organised. They do their best to make your stay exceptional . We checked in early and quickly , we had late check out without extra charge. The buffet is rich and high quality food. The beach staff is incredible, they offer fruits and they clean your sun glasses !! Super staff Krisha at the reception. Thank you everybody of making my vacation unforgettable :))
